How we use theatre

Techniques from the rehearsal room

People learn leadership the way actors learn a part: by doing it, seeing it from the other side, and doing it again.

Role play with role cards

Each participant plays a stakeholder with hidden priorities, so others must listen before persuading.

Status play

Explores how to influence more senior people without deferring or overstepping.

Improvisation

“Yes, and” exercises build the habit of working with others’ ideas instead of against them.

When to choose it

Pulse survey signals this training addresses

If your employee survey scores are low on statements like these, this is a good place to start.

“Teams work well together across the company”“I can get the support I need from other teams”
