Every trainer is vetted, trained and rated
Before anyone trains for us, they pass five steps: an application, a call with Shilpi or Christina, a live demo scored by two assessors, client references, and our train-the-trainer followed by a session co-delivered with Christina or Shilpi.
Every trainer delivers our content, from our facilitator notes, after our train-the-trainer.
Participants, your team and our observers rate each session. You see the results.
Trainers who fall below our standard get support, and leave the panel if it does not improve.
If a trainer is unwell, we send a replacement of the same standard, or move the date at no cost.

We pay trainers fairly and on time
Many trainers wait months to be paid, and the good ones stop working with the firms that make them wait. We pay every trainer within 15 days, whether or not the client has paid us yet. That is how we keep strong trainers, and why your teams get them.
Your questions
Before you book
Do we sign anything with the trainer?
No. You have one contract with Unscripted, our Client Terms of Business, and a one-page order form for each engagement. We contract, pay and manage the trainer.
Who invoices us?
Only Unscripted, with one invoice per engagement that carries your PO number and the attendance record, so it can be approved first time. The trainer never invoices you.
What if the trainer cannot make it?
We send a replacement trainer who has completed the same train-the-trainer. If we cannot, we move the session to a date that suits you, at no extra cost.
Can we hire the trainer directly afterwards?
Our trainers are vetted, briefed and managed by us, so for 12 months after an engagement we ask you to book them through Unscripted. If you would like to hire one directly, talk to us and we will agree a fair introduction fee.
Do you charge for travel?
Only when your order form says so. Most engagements use a trainer local to your team, so there is no travel at all.
How do you handle our people’s data?
We use participant details only to run and follow up the training, report feedback to you in summary rather than by name, and delete the data after the follow-up period, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
