Fair pay, on time, in writing
These are not perks. They are written into the agreement every trainer signs.
Of the session being signed off. The exact payment date is written into your booking before you accept, and if we are ever late, we pay you extra for every day of delay.
Every booking comes with a one-page confirmation of the fee and terms. Once you accept, it never changes.
We prepare your payment paperwork, deduct TDS correctly, send a clear pay statement and your TDS certificate every quarter.
If a client cancels or moves the date at short notice, you are still paid, on a clear scale.
Programmes, facilitator notes, materials and a recorded train-the-trainer for each one, to rewatch whenever you need. Just prepare and deliver.
When a booking needs travel, we book and pay for it directly. You are never out of pocket.
Refuse any booking you judge unsafe, or leave a session that becomes unsafe, and still be paid for the day.
No fee to join or stay. Work with anyone else you like; we only ask you not to take clients we introduce.
How your fee works
80% of the delivery fee is yours
Every client fee has two parts: the content, designed by whoever built the programme, and the delivery, the work you do in the room. You receive 80% of the delivery fee. The 20% we keep covers finding the client, the contract, invoicing and collecting payment, travel booking, ratings and coordinating follow-ups.
Our content team designs it and gives you everything: materials, facilitator guide and a recorded train-the-trainer. You never pay for our content. You receive 80% of the delivery fee.
For technical and specialist topics, such as insurance or banking, where you bring the expertise and the material. You keep 100% of the content fee, and receive 80% of the delivery fee.
Either way, your exact fee is confirmed in writing before you accept a booking, and it never changes after you say yes. Follow-ups at 30, 60 and 90 days are part of the booking and included in your fee.

You have trained adults at work for at least three years, you follow a programme faithfully while making it your own, and you want to be paid properly for it. We especially welcome women trainers.

You see every rating, and you rate clients too
Participants, clients and our observers rate each session, and you can see the scores and comments behind them. If your rating dips, we talk first and support you with an observed session. One bad day never removes anyone, you always get to respond, and fees for work you have delivered are always paid.

Before you apply
How much will I be paid?
Each booking’s fee is set out in writing before you accept it, and depends on the group and the format. We share our fee bands with you on your call.
When exactly am I paid?
Within 15 to 45 days of the client signing off the session. The exact date is written into your booking confirmation before you accept. If the client forgets to sign off, we confirm delivery ourselves so your pay is not held up.
Do I need to be registered for GST?
No. If you are not registered, we prepare a payment voucher for you. If you are, we prepare a draft tax invoice for you to approve, and add GST to your fee.
What happens about TDS?
We deduct TDS at the rate the law requires, show it on your pay statement, and send your TDS certificate every quarter, so you can claim it.
What if a client complains about me?
We look at the facts and talk to you before anything else. A complaint never stops payment for work you delivered, unless a review finds a serious breach in that booking, and you can always respond.
I create my own content. Is there a place for me?
Yes. For technical and domain programmes you can bring your own content. You keep the full content fee, you are credited as its author, and you receive 80% of the delivery fee.
Can I deliver the theatre-based programmes?
Yes, once you are certified in the Unscripted method through our theatre train-the-trainer. Role play, forum theatre and team games are central to how we work, so we look for trainers who enjoy experiential activities in every room, from frontline teams to CXOs.
Who runs the follow-ups?
You do. The 30, 60 and 90-day follow-ups are part of the booking, and the time is included in your fee.
What if I bring in a client?
Tell us. Where you bring us new work, we discuss a finder’s fee with you.
