Shilpi Khanna she/her
A theatre-trained facilitator who has spent 20 years making leadership something people practise, not just hear about.
22 years of experience, 20 of them in learning and development: 12 in full-time roles and 10 as an independent consultant. Shilpi designs experiential programmes on leadership, team effectiveness, communication, accountability and culture, using theatre-based and behavioural methods, for everyone from CXOs to frontline teams.

Christina Shikha she/her
A change leader with a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a master’s in women and gender studies. Christina helps managers understand people, and helps organisations make change stick.
For over 15 years Christina has worked across learning, people development and large-scale transformation. She started on the training floor coaching customer teams, and went on to lead regional change programmes at a global bank. Her MA in clinical psychology included research on occupational stress among working mothers, and her second master’s is in women and gender studies, so gender, wellbeing and how people really behave at work run through everything she teaches. She is a champion for women in tech and for AI literacy among women.
Pro bono. Christina gives her time free: she takes no salary, fee or share of profit from Unscripted. Fees for the programmes she leads go to Unscripted, and her own focus is our non-profit work, free AI literacy for women.

Alongside her people work, Christina brings hands-on tech and AI capability to every industry above. She has built curricula for AI, machine learning, cloud and data at an EdTech company, and led digital change at a global bank.
