How we use theatre

Techniques from the rehearsal room

People learn leadership the way actors learn a part: by doing it, seeing it from the other side, and doing it again.

Forum theatre

A real-world clash is acted out, and participants step in to try ways of resolving it.

Role reversal

Each side plays the other, which often shifts a conflict faster than any discussion.

Sculpting

The group arranges people physically to show how a conflict looks from inside, then reshapes it.

When to choose it

Pulse survey signals this training addresses

If your employee survey scores are low on statements like these, this is a good place to start.

“People in my team treat each other with respect”“Disagreements are handled constructively”
