How we use theatre

Techniques from the rehearsal room

People learn leadership the way actors learn a part: by doing it, seeing it from the other side, and doing it again.

Forum theatre

Scenes of everyday exclusion are played, and the group steps in as bystanders to change the outcome.

Role reversal

Participants experience a situation from a colleague’s position, building empathy beyond theory.

Status play

Makes visible how power and identity shape who speaks and who is heard.

When to choose it

Pulse survey signals this training addresses

If your employee survey scores are low on statements like these, this is a good place to start.

“Everyone is treated fairly in my team”“I can be myself at work”
