How we use theatre

Techniques from the rehearsal room

People learn leadership the way actors learn a part: by doing it, seeing it from the other side, and doing it again.

Freeze frame

A tense scene is paused at its peak, so the group can name what each person is feeling and thinking.

Role reversal

You replay a difficult moment from the other person’s side to build empathy.

Body awareness

Movement and stillness exercises that make stress visible, and give simple ways to reset.

When to choose it

Pulse survey signals this training addresses

If your employee survey scores are low on statements like these, this is a good place to start.

“My workload is manageable”“I feel able to switch off after work”
