How we use theatre

Techniques from the rehearsal room

People learn leadership the way actors learn a part: by doing it, seeing it from the other side, and doing it again.

Coaching triads

Coach, coachee and observer rotate through real situations, with feedback after each round.

Hot-seating

The facilitator plays a team member with a real dilemma, and managers practise coaching them live.

Replay with variations

The same conversation is played as “telling” and then as “coaching”, so the difference is felt, not just explained.

When to choose it

If your employee survey scores are low on statements like these, this is a good place to start.
